Quick Tips: The key is to order off of the part of the menu that’s mostly written in Thai. That’s where you’ll find the more authentic and, often, spicier dishes. Brown Sugar is a fun place to go for birthdays because they do a ridiculous production complete with singing, flashing lights, and more. In fact, on any given night, you’ll probably see this happen several times. In warmer weather, try to snag a sidewalk seat. The Similans (Kendall Square, Cambridge, MA) is its sister restaurant.
